To proceed with the archiving process, the owners of works by Camillo Innocenti must send to Galleria Berardi (Corso Rinascimento, 9, 00186 Rome) the following documents: a digital color photograph (tif format at 300 dpi) of the front and the backside (if this has writings, stamps, tags, etc.); three color printed photos, 18 x 24 cm (7.08 x 9.4 in); a data sheet with the following details: technique, measures, presence of any signatures and entries, any news on the work genesis and history, news about the work provenance, any exhibitions tags on the backside, etc.
DOWNLOAD DATA SHEET
Of the delivered photos, one will be returned with, on the backside, the Declaration and the Archiving number.
The Scientific Committee may deem it necessary to directly examine the work, which, in this case, must be delivered frameless to Galleria Berardi on the day of the Scientific Committee meeting.
The examination will not be repeated, whatever the opinion of the Committee. The Scientific Committee is not required to justify his opinion.
How to proceed with archiving
